1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer; we will notify you of any significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners.
  • International shipping is currently not available. We ship only to India — see checkout for availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (weather, regional disruptions, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹1000.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Packaging

All SOMAyur products are securely packed to preserve freshness and prevent damage in transit. Herbal teas and oils are sealed in tamper-evident packaging.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@somayur.in with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

10. Address Changes
